The tract has a deeded access from the north off Hwy 579 to a locked gate and a common parking area for the 3 other adjoining owners.
There is a timber reservation in favor of Anderson Tully Co and successors that will extend to the end of 2043. The reservation stipulates a minimum base volume of timber that is to remain on the tract at all times. Most of the acres on this 483.9 +/- tract have already been cut.
