43 acre timberland tract on Bayou D’arbonne in Union Parish, LA
This is a great recreational hunting property with access to Bayou D’arbonne. The timber stand consists of mostly young hardwood that is 10-15 years old. There is also some nice mature timber along the bayou. There are numerous trails throughout the property and several food plots and shooting lanes. There are two tripod stands that will remain.
The tract does not have legal access. The historical access is through adjoining timber company land. The current owner has accessed the property by four wheeler from his camp on Lake D’arbonne across the timber company property for many years with no problems.
This is a good small hunting tract with opportunities to hunt a variety of game species. There is a slough that holds ducks when the bayou waters rise enough to back into it.
