of the property run along Demery Creek providing good deer, hog, and small game hunting. Access is located along Hwy 153. Both tracts are located within
miles of Black lake as well as Kisatchie National Forest.
The 6.7 acre tract is located off of the Hebert Trichel Rd. There is currently no deeded access, however access could potentially be negotiated from the
neighboring landowner along the south side of the property. The stand consists of a 12 yr. old pine plantation. A survey would be required to determine
boundary lines.
