From Hwy 9 northwest of Arcadia and approx. 3 miles from I-20, take Cook Road to the left (southwest) and go approx. 1.75 miles to a road at an iron gate on the left. Note: Cook road will turn into Brewer road. From where Brewer road crosses I-20, go approx. 1.5 miles north to same rock road and iron gate on your right (east). The site index for Loblolly pine ranges from 80-94 over 95% of the acreage per NRCS soil data.

It’s surrounded by hundreds of acres of timberland providing wildlife backup. There is a gas line and a couple small trails running through the tract.

The abandoned well site on the south and the active well site on the north are not on the property.

Please note that this tract is likely not suitable for a traditional home site since it has no apparent deeded access making acquiring utilities unlikely.

Access: The tract has no apparent deeded access. It has been historically accessed from a rocked timber and gas company road off of Brewer road.

Utilities: Electricity is along the west boundary, but buyer will need to confirm if private service can be obtained since there is no deeded access for a 911 address.
