The ground is high and rolling.
NRCS data shows the tract to have a site index of 88-95 for loblolly pine on the majority of the acres.

Location: From Hwy 126 west of Grayson, take Chester Rd, north approx. 2.1 miles to Gladys road that will fork to the left. Go approx. 0.3 miles until
it dead ends on the east boundary of the clear cut.
